Online delivery, with no physical shipping
GajjuMath is a digital learning service. We do not ship books, devices or game items. There are no shipping charges, courier deliveries or physical returns. Farm items and Gajju coins exist inside the learning app only.
When access starts
Access is normally activated immediately after our server verifies a successful captured payment with Razorpay. After payment, enter the emailed OTP to verify the same parent email used for purchase, then open My learning books. An existing signed-in account with the same email can continue directly. Closing checkout, a pending bank debit or an unverified payment does not by itself activate access.
The three-, six- and eighteen-month courses last 90, 180 and 540 days respectively, starting from confirmed payment. You receive access to your learning library and lessons added within that period, including their practice, tests, farm play and parent reports. Chapter prerequisites still apply. Lessons follow a structured learning path. The selected term is shown before you pay.
If a payment succeeds but access is missing
Use “Check payment” on your checkout or scholarship result. If you closed the browser or lost the cookie, sign in with the purchase email and use “Check payment” in My offers to recover the purchase. Do not pay again to solve an access problem. If access remains unavailable, contact us with your account email and payment reference. We aim to resolve access issues within two business days of receiving the details. Purchases are non-refundable by default; exceptions and payment-error reviews are handled under the refund policy.
What you need to learn
Use a current browser, an internet connection and a device that can play lesson audio. Headphones are optional. Lessons are self-paced; there is no promise of a live teacher watching each session. Parents can review recorded learning activity and reports.
