1. Who these terms are for

These terms govern GajjuMath accounts, learning activities and course purchases. The business identified below operates the service. A parent or legal guardian must manage the account, authorise their child's use and make purchases. Children learn through a hero alias; they must not use their real name or share personal contact details in game names.

2. What the course includes

GajjuMath is a self-paced mental maths service with stories, worked examples, narrated concepts, questions, chapter tests, learning reports and educational games. The current entry course is designed for advanced Grade 4 learners. It is not a live classroom, formal qualification or guarantee of marks, rank or calculation speed.

Course access runs from confirmed payment: three months gives 90 days, six months gives 180 days, and eighteen months gives 540 days. It covers your learning library and lessons added during that term, with practice, tests, farm play and parent reports. Learning prerequisites still apply. Lessons follow a structured learning path. Check the course page for what is currently available. The selected term and final price are displayed before payment. If checkout is unavailable, a course enquiry requests help from our team; it is not a purchase and does not activate access.

3. Prices, scholarships and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. Standard prices are ₹999 for three months, ₹1,799 for six months and ₹3,999 for eighteen months. Scholarship reductions apply to the three-month course only. The final total payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown before payment. We do not automatically renew or charge a recurring subscription.

Purchases are non-refundable unless the product's terms at purchase expressly provide otherwise or the merchant approves an exception at its discretion. Read the cancellation and refund policy before paying.

The free scholarship assessment has 12 questions in 12 minutes, worth one point each, with no negative marking. Questions vary while covering a consistent set of skills. The clock continues after the test starts even if the browser is closed or the page is left. Only answers received before the deadline count. Children should work independently without a calculator, AI or help with answers.

Using “Gajju, show me your mental maths magic!” makes that question a zero-point learning exercise, even if an earlier answer was correct. The test clock continues. An invited new family gets Chapter 1 free and a ₹100 credit towards the ₹999 three-month course. The lower of ₹899 and their scholarship price applies; these discounts do not stack. The referrer earns 50 coins once the friend passes Chapter 1. Previously granted chapter rewards remain available.

A new attempt is available seven days after the previous start. Your best earned price remains saved on the account. A scholarship is a course-fee reduction, not a cash award or certified measure of a child's ability. Contact us if a technical or accessibility problem affected the attempt.

Razorpay processes checkout payments. Course access is granted only after payment is verified, not merely because checkout was opened or an amount appears pending at your bank. Start by verifying a parent email. We will bring you back to your saved lessons, test or course offer. Confirmed payment is linked to that account. Older guest purchases can still be recovered by verifying the purchase email. If access is missing, use “Check payment” on your checkout or result page and contact us before paying again. 4. Coins, games and referrals

Gajju coins are in-app learning rewards with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Game items and achievements are educational entertainment, not financial assets.

A learner must complete a chapter and reach the required farm showcase before a parent can share an invitation. An eligible new invited family receives Chapter 1 free; the referring learner earns 50 coins once when the invited learner passes Chapter 1. Learning order and account eligibility checks apply. An invited family receives a ₹100 credit towards the three-month course, or uses a lower scholarship price. The two reductions do not stack. Do not create fake accounts or send unsolicited invitations. Existing learning access and previously purchased chapter access are preserved.

5. Account use, privacy and learning feedback

Keep account access secure and sign out on shared devices. GajjuMath records learning activity to resume lessons, award progress and generate feedback. Reports describe recorded activity and are not a psychological diagnosis or proof that a child was distracted. Read the privacy policy before enabling a child's account or sharing reports.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, copy other users' data, manipulate payments or rewards, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict misuse or activity that threatens security, and will provide a way to contact support.

6. Content and platform ownership

Materials supplied by the business remain the property of their respective owner. The BrandTurners platform, its software, site design and platform-generated materials remain owned by BrandTurners and are licensed for use with this website. Course access permits personal learning; it does not permit resale, redistribution or copying of protected materials without the owner's permission.

7. Service limitations and your rights

An internet connection and compatible browser are required. We may maintain or improve the service, and occasional interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee a particular educational outcome. If paid access cannot be delivered, the refund policy applies.

8. Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes may be taken to the courts, consumer forums or other authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

We identify updates by date and version. Changes do not retrospectively remove paid access, an earned price or refund rights agreed for an existing purchase. Material changes affecting an existing account will be communicated through the account or parent contact channel before they apply.
