1. Purchases are non-refundable
GajjuMath course and digital-product purchases are non-refundable by default. We do not offer a cooling-off period or money-back guarantee. Changing your mind, not starting or completing lessons, or stopping use of the course does not entitle you to a refund.
Refund exceptions may be approved by the merchant at its discretion or provided under refund terms expressly stated for the product at the time of purchase. Product-specific terms apply to that product; they do not create a refund entitlement for other purchases.
2. Payment errors and access problems
If you believe you were charged twice for the same intended purchase, or a captured payment has not provided the promised access, contact us for investigation. We will review the payment and access records and explain the resolution. A support request does not itself guarantee a refund; exceptions are reviewed under the terms above. A locked chapter due to a stated learning prerequisite is different from missing paid access.
For failed or pending payments, we first check the provider's payment status. A bank debit does not always mean GajjuMath received a captured payment. Reversals of uncaptured or failed payments are handled by the bank and payment provider. We will help you identify the payment reference and status rather than ask you to pay again.
3. How to request a review or exception
Contact us using the business email or phone on the Contact us page. Include the parent account email, payment reference, purchase date and a short reason. You do not need to send card details, bank passwords or OTPs. We may verify account ownership and payment status.
We acknowledge requests within two business days. We aim to complete the review within five business days after receiving the information needed to verify the request. If a review needs more information or time, we will explain why and give you an update. Discretionary exceptions are considered individually; approval in one case does not change the default policy.
4. Refund processing and timing
If a refund is approved, we confirm the amount and initiate it through Razorpay within five business days of approval, to the original payment method. Any refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the purchase, including any scholarship reduction, rather than the undiscounted course price. We do not replace a monetary refund with Gajju coins or a scholarship credit.
After initiation, a normal Razorpay refund generally takes another five to seven business days to appear in the original bank account or card balance, depending on the bank and payment method. This bank-credit period is separate from our review and initiation time. Contact us if the refund has not arrived after the expected period so we can provide the available refund reference and investigate.
5. What happens to access
When a full refund is processed and confirmed, access provided by that purchase ends. Other valid purchases or independently earned chapter access are not removed. A refund does not automatically delete the account or learning records; a parent can separately request deletion under the privacy policy.
The course does not automatically renew. You can stop using it at any time without a future renewal charge; stopping use or requesting cancellation does not create a refund entitlement. Closing a checkout window before payment is not a paid purchase. If you see a debit after closing checkout, use “Check payment” or contact support.
6. Digital items
There are no physical products to return. Free chapters, referral rewards and play coins have no refundable cash value. A scholarship refund can never exceed the amount paid.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public and banking holidays in India. The policy displayed at purchase applies to that purchase; later changes do not reduce existing refund rights.
